Special note regarding minors: Centaur does not intend to collect any personal information from children. If you are under the age of 18, do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you may only use this site in conjunction and/ or with the consent of your parents or guardians.

Why do we need your personal info?

When you place an order at Centaur, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit card number and expiration date. It's the only way we can process your order and notify you of your order status.

How is my info used?

We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site. To make things easier and quicker for you, we've also added a personal touch. By using a history of your purchases we can shape our recommendations about goods that will be of specific interest. We may also use the information we collect to email you every now and then about important changes to the web site, the latest Centaur services and exciting new offers so that you'll always be the first to know.

Centaur does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. What If I want to remove my name and contact information from the database?

Please send us an email to info@centaurmusic.com and type "Remove" in the subject line, followed by your full name. We promise to remove you from our system.

What keeps my personal info secure?

Your order is processed by secure server software that encodes all information you input before it is sent to us. Centaurmusic.com employs the secure layer technology to encrypt your information and help ensure that only you and Centaur ever see it. We also follow strict security procedures to ensure proper storage and careful disclosure of information so that nothing improper happens to your private info. Legal Statement

Copyrights. All the product images, copy and materials shown on centaurmusic.com are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The law prohibits any copying of catalog pages and images, other than to download them for viewing, without the owner's prior permission. Centaur is the owner of its database and its compilation of information and images, as well as the source code underlying the web pages. There are very serious penalties for copyright infringement, both criminal and civil. You may be fined up to $100,000 and become liable for all attorney fees and costs in a civil action, and you may be incarcerated if convicted in a criminal action for infringement.

Trademarks. The products on this site contain references to trademarks and trade names owned exclusively by Centaur Entertainment, including without limitation, the Centaur name and logo and the Global Groove name and logo. Governing law and jurisdiction. All use of this site, regardless of the location or citizenship of the user, shall be governed by New York law. By using this site, the user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state court in New York County, New York, or the Southern District of New York for federal issues, such as copyright, patent and trademark infringement claims. Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us directly at service@centaurmusic.com. Damaged items may be exchanged for the same item only. Return all damaged items for an exchange by following the instructions for Returns. All items and invoices must accompany the Return in order for us to process an exchange.

Centaur accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.

Returns

Return Policy

1. We recommend that you contact us directly to let us know of which item(s) you will be returning; this will increase our ability to provide you with a refund or exchange. Email us at service@centaurmusic.com or call us at 1.888.9CENTAUR.
2. We cannot issue credits until we have received the returned item(s) and verified condition.
3. Centaurmusic.com allows returns on all damaged and defective goods only.
4. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that items arrive back to the retailer in the original packaging and the original condition.
5. For any breakable items that you return, you must insure the items for their full value or we cannot guarantee that we will refund your money if the item is damaged in transit.
6. Centaurmusic.com and its vendors reserve the right to refuse any and all returns for any reason whatsoever.

Credit Card Refund Policy

By law, we are required to credit you back using your original form of payment. If you used a credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear.

Should you have any disputes, please contact Centaur directly and we will do our best to resolve the problem immediately.

Shipping / Delivery

Every order is shipped direct to you by centaurmusic.com. For rates, please refer to the table below. The average fulfillment time for centaurmusic.com orders is 1-2 business days.

Options and Pricing

Centaurmusic.com has arranged for you to be charged one shipping fee per shipment. You will be able to view a summary of all charges before you submit your order. Please contact service@centaurmusic.com with any questions.

International Delivery

Centaurmusic.com is proud to offer international shipping on most items. However, for security, manufacturer or customs concerns, some products cannot be shipped outside the United States.

The recipient of all international shipments is responsible for all local import duties that may be charged. In addition, international recipients are responsible for handling and paying for all returns. Please notify service@centaurmusic.com before returning any international shipments to ensure that you will be properly credited and that you are in compliance with Centaur's and centaurmusic.
