Now retired, Julian started deejaying in 1994 in a one bedroom NYC apartment. Up to that point I used to mix tapes as a hobby. A New York promoter heard me play at the party and asked if I wanted to DJ at the Limelight. I worked at the Limelight in 1995, Barracuda in 1996, and moved to Splash Bar in 1997. Memorial Day 1996, some friends in Austin, Texas asked if I would DJ a Sunday night party for them. I accepted and have been playing national parties ever since.
